Terms and Conditions – Rochembach Hair and Beauty

Welcome to Rochembach Hair and Beauty. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 
1. Services

We offer a range of professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Hair services (cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, blow dries)

  • Makeup services (including bridal and event makeup)

  • Beauty treatments (including brows, lashes, and nail services)

All services are provided with care and professionalism, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

 
2. Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

  • A valid contact detail is required to secure your booking.

  • Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, and charges may still apply.

 
3. Deposits (Strict Policy)

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for all bookings, especially for:

    • Colour services

    • Bridal or group bookings

    • High-value or long appointments

  • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Deposits will be deducted from your final bill.

 
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Strict Policy)

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given:

    • Your deposit will be forfeited, or

    • You may be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to pay in full in advance for future bookings.

 
5. Payments

  • Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.

  • We accept cash and/or card payments.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will honour the agreed price.

 
6. Consultations & Client Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding:

    • Hair history (including previous colour or treatments)

    • Allergies or sensitivities

    • Medical conditions that may affect the service

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results, and we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory outcomes in such cases.

 
7. Patch Tests

  • Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., hair colour, lash or brow services).

  • Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Failure to attend a required patch test will result in automatic cancellation of the service.

 
8. Results & Satisfaction

  • While we strive to achieve your desired results, outcomes may vary depending on hair condition, previous treatments, and individual factors.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours.

  • We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a correction. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 
9. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • Products purchased may be eligible for exchange only if faulty.

 
10. Bridal & Group Bookings

  • Bridal and group bookings require a deposit and/or signed agreement.

  • Final numbers and details must be confirmed in advance.

  • Cancellations within a short notice period may be charged in full due to reserved time.

 
11. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Must be used before the expiry date stated.

 
12. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

 
13. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe or not suitable.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service.

 
14. Website Use

  • All content on our website is for general information only and may be subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

 
15. Liability

  • Rochembach Hair and Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
