1. Completed Services
  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • Results may vary depending on individual hair/skin condition, previous treatments, or other factors.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and offer a correction where appropriate.

 
2. Deposits
  • Certain services (such as hair colouring, bridal bookings, and high-value treatments) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final bill but are forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show.

 
3. Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated.

 
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in charges up to the full cost of the service.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

 
5. Products
  • Products purchased from Rochembach Hair and Beauty are eligible for exchange only if faulty.

  • We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.
